Zouma's refusal to leave London is proving stumbling block for Kounde deal (reliability: 5 stars)

Chelsea bid to sign Jules Kounde from Sevilla has taken a hit due to Kurt Zouma's preferences, as per Sky Sports.

Sevilla wants cash plus Zouma for the transfer of Kounde, a deal Chelsea is willing to make.

However, Zouma isn't interested in moving to Spain as he prefers to stay in London.

The deal involving Zouma would cost Chelsea a reported £50, but without Zouma the fee would be considerably higher hence the entire transfer is likely to hit a watershed.

Uf Chelsea decides to proceed with the transfer, the Blues may offer someone else instead or pay more for Kounde - as much as £80m.

Meanwhile, West Ham are also said to be targeting Zouma.
