No one will pay that outrageous fee for Rice.

Imagine West Ham said they can’t pay up to £70m for both Abraham and Zouma who have won Champions league and they want Chelsea to pay over £70m for Rice who has never won nothing in his career, Chelsea transfer policy is getting worse every season
