Gary Neville claims one Arsenal player looks beautiful but 'can't run'

Former Man United defender Gary Neville has said that Arsenal midfielder Jorginho did not have the legs to be able to carry on at Chelsea but Arsenal made him look better.

“Jorginho is a good example [for Casemiro]. Jorginho can’t run, he is better on the ball, but he can’t run.

"He was finished at Chelsea, everyone said he can’t run,” Neville said.

“He goes to Arsenal and he looks a beautiful player in that Arsenal midfield with Declan Rice one side and Odegaard the other, with that centre-back partnership. You can play in that position and not run.”

Jorginho has extended his contract at Arsenal and will stay on at the club until the end of the 2024/25 season.
