Arsenal's ideal XI for Bayern Munich return leg with three changes - shown in lineup

Arsenal have a challenging task at hand when they travel to face Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena for the second leg after the 2-2 draw.

This means Mikel Arteta’s side have to defeat the Bundesliga heavyweights at their own stadium to move forward to the Champions League semi-finals.

The Gunners’ performance against Bayern wasn’t their best and there were quite a few errors made by the team in the first half.

Arteta needs to make some key changes to freshen up the quality of his team and play the players who tormented Bayern the most.

Jakub Kiwior needs to be replaced as he clearly looked overwhelmed by the occasion. Oleksandr Zinchenko is the ideal man to play for the second half, as he proved his defensive quality against Bayern and plays a key role in progressing the play forward too.

Leandro Trossard probably deserves to start over Gabriel Martinelli after his super-sub display. The Belgian has that ruthless eye for goal which the Gunners need.

Gabriel Jesus could also do well by replacing Kai Havertz. Jesus is more able in these big games with his link-up play and final delivery, as he proved with his quality assist for Trossard’s goal. Going by that, here is what Arsenal’s ideal XI should look like in the second leg against Bayern.

Arsenal possible XI for Bayern Munich clash: Raya, White, Saliba, Magalhaes, Zinchenko, Jorginho, Rice, Odegaard, Saka, Trossard, Jesus
