Arsenal were able to comfortably get back to winning ways in the Premier League with a 2-0 win over Luton Town at the Emirates Stadium.

First-half goals from Martin Odegaard and a Daiki Hashioka own-goal helped Mikel Arteta’s side regain the top spot in the Premier League, at least for the time being.

Odegaard was superb in the game, influencing the attacking patterns from the get-go. He scored a sweet goal, as well as creating a few chances and making eight possession recoveries.

Emile Smith Rowe was excellent in a rare league start for Arsenal. He dictated the attacks from his free role in midfield, creating two chances and setting up the own goal with some creative work.

Kai Havertz also produced an admirable effort, holding up things nicely in the attack. He assisted Odegaard’s goal with an impressive pass and also tested the opposition goalkeeper at times.

Another standout player for Arsenal in the game was defender Gabriel Magalhaes. He commanded a strict defensive line, making four clearances, winning 5/6 duels and covering well for Oleksandr Zinchenko too.

Arteta will hope that his players can maintain this winning consistency until the end of the season and clinch the Premier League title over their rivals.
