Odegaard - 8.5, Nelson - 5: Rating Arsenal players in Luton win

Smith Rowe - 8.5

What a game from ESR! Started an attack that led to a goal after pressing his opponent and taking the ball. Also made an assist for Nelson (or Hashioka) and was the engine of Arsenal team throughout the whole game.

Martin Odegaard - 8.5

As always - the brain of the team. Martin orchestrated the Gunner's performance and even scored himself with the perfect one-touch finish.

Oleksandr Zinchenko - 7.5

Decent game from Ukrainian today. He made a few mistakes but was very helpful both in attack and defence.

Kai Havertz - 7

Sometimes it is difficult to understand Kai Havertz's moves but he did what was needed from him today. Nothing flashy but a great assist for Odegaard.

Reiss Nelson - 5

First start in a long time for Reiss Nelson and unfortunately a poor performance. He didn't act like a true winger, was afraid to create and be aggressive at front. Nelson often slowed down the game which ware bad moments for Arsenal's attacks building.

Rest: Trossard -7 Partey - 6.5 Gabriel - 8 Saliba - 7 White - 7 Raya - 7

Subs: Nketiah - 6.5, Rice - 6.5, Tomiyasu - 6.5.
