Arsenal and Man City played a goalless draw at the Etihad. It wasn't a good performance by the Gunners but they did their best to contain the Citizens. Here is how we rated the players.
Saliba: 8. Huge credit to the Frenchman for keeping a clean sheet at the Etihad and keeping Erling Haaland in his back pocket. Spotless performance today.
White: 7.5. Extremely reliable at the back, keeping Foden largely out of play. Tried to do something up front but wasn't helped by Saka.
Rice: 7.5. Excellent in winning the ball back, limiting City's transitions. A dominant midfield performance.
Gabriel: 7.5. The centre-back was perhaps a bit nervy on the ball under City's pressure but was extremely solid at the back.
Jesus: 6.5. No Easter goal for Jesus today. Missed several opportunities. Put in a lot of energy and passion though. Often dropped back to help Kiwior. Overall did everything well apart from finishing.
Odegaard: 6.5. Several really, really good passes but more was expected from the captain as it looked as if he wasn't involved for large periods of the game.
Raya: 6.5. The keeper's distribution wasn't as good as it usually is. But did his job between the sticks.
Jorginho: 6. Decent in tackle but his passing left a lot to be desired. His misplaced pass nearly led to a City chance around the hour's mark.
Kiwior: 5. A difficult night for the Pole, who often came second best against Bernardo Silva. Wasn't too helpful going forward.
Havertz: 4. Kai is an impact player but he had none today.
Saka: 4. Looked tired and unfit, putting in a very anonymous display. Gave the ball away to De Bruyne near the Arsenal box in the 75th minute, causing danger. Should have done much better overall.
