It's been a few hours after the final whistle in the Man City v Arsenal game but Erling Haaland is probably still in Wilo Saliba's back pocket.
The Norwegian was once again proven ineffective against the Gunners, putting in an anonymous display on Sunday in a 0-0 draw.
The striker's xG (expected goals) over the past three matches with Arsenal combined stands at only 0.24, a Twitter stats account xG Philosophy reports.
Haaland is simply not given any time or space in the area to take shots due to the Gunners' excellent defence.
Journalist Zach Lowe tweeted after the game: "I’ve been watching Erling Haaland for the past five years and I’m not sure I’ve ever seen him look so anonymous and out of ideas.
"Gabriel and Saliba had his number from start to finish, just a phenomenal center back duo."
