VAR disallows Havertz's goal despite the ball touching hands of both players

Aston Villa defeated Arsenal 1-0 in a heated clash. However, as it often happens with Arsenal, the game was quite controversial, especially due to Havertz's disallowed ball.

The Gunners believed they had tied the game near the end at Villa Park. Havertz sneaked in at the back and scored, but the referee, Jarred Gillett, was quick to blow his whistle.

Somehow, he was able to see Havertz playing with his hand in the mass of at least 4 players. The goal was obviously checked by the VAR and disallowed, however, it is not clear why handball only counts when it touches Havertz.

It can be clearly seen that the ball touches Matty Cash's hand at least one time and maybe even a second. So perhaps, the referee should've allowed both players to touch the ball with hand.

This moment will be definitely discussed for the next week. What do you think about VAR's decision?
