'I think it is good for us': Declan Rice reacts to RC Lens defeat

Speaking after the Champions League defeat at RC Lens, Declan Rice said: “We totally dominated control of the match [before their equaliser].

"They’re not an easy opponent, they go man-for-man all over the pitch & constantly pressing you, trying to win the ball back high & we had to be on it in terms of our rotations & we got out really well, it was just that final bit that was lacking tonight.

“They defended very well, credit to them, some of their centre-backs had some amazing performances, but look, I think it’s good for us. We’ve lost, but we can learn a lot from tonight & we can go again.”

Arsenal lost for the first time this season in France. The Gunners will face Man City next in the Premier League.
