"They're going to load Emile and see how he responds. If he doesn't respond, they'll have to ramp him down and then gradually reload to be able to tolerate those higher intensities. It's very important to be prudent and pro-active in these cases lest it turns into something that becomes an even longer-term return to play process and that's exactly what Arsenal are doing."
