Euro 2020 kicked off on Friday, June 11. Somewhat contrary to what the name of the tournament suggests, the year is 2021, not 2020; but the European Championship has always been a messy affair.
There are 24 teams, which means several smaller football nations such as Finland and North Macedonia make their first-ever appearance at a major international tournament.
There are 6 groups so there will be 36 games before the tournament moves to knockout phases. Two games have already been played (Italy v Turkey and Wales v Switzerland).
Naturally, there are a few matches an Arsenal fan might find especially interesting because current, former or maybe even future Gunners feature in them.
All kick-off times are given in Central European Summer Time.
