Arsenal finished this season without a single trophy and failed to secured a place in Europe.
On the positive side of things, we've put in a 4-game winning run (5 consecutive wins in the Premier League) at the end of the campaign, which gives some optimism for the future.

Gunners in my DNA: "Seeing Saka, ESR, Martinelli and some other young stars doing well is a big positive for me because the future appears to be bright.
"Hopefully, they will be source of inspiration to Balogun, Azeez and others. Secondly, Having Chambers & Tierney back from injuries is a huge plus going forward coupled with the improvement of Pepe and Elneny.
"Hopefully, We can take this form into next season and be more consistent. Lastly, we must make the right decisions in the transfer market so as not to have any regrets next season."
Ato Bernard: "Our worst season since I started supporting Arsenal. Too many inconsistencies in player selection and a lack of commitment on the part of some players. However, winning our last five matches in a roll is good. Not forgetting about Pepe's fine form. I hope we go into next season with such consistency of performance."
Ewella Gunz: "A rather disappointing season. We lacked goals, if we were firing as we did last season, we would have made the champions league spot. Only Chelsea and City conceded lesser than us.
"But our strikers didn't deliver. Auba had a very disappointing season, and that really affected us in the long run. VAR and poor decisions from match officials did a number on us.
"Poor tactical decisions were also a downside to our season. However, seeing our young Gunners making their mark though, counts as a positive for us."
DK: "Funny enough, we finished with more points this season (61) than last season (56), which is quite interesting, even though we finished in the same position in both years.
"The only difference that made last season seem better was the FA Cup win, which opened the door to Europe. It is looking like we more of an 8th place team now in reality, and I personally don't think this season was much worse than last season.
"Sad to witness Auba’s struggles, but exciting to see the likes of Saka, Tierney, Holding, and most lately, Pepe shine. Strong finish to end the season, and hopefully, next season will be much more successful with no Europa League distractions. All the best to our beloved team and all its lovers."
DarthNihilus1: "6 points off Champion's League places after a torrid season in which ref/VAR decisions I couldn't even fathom had robbed us literally over double that. We will be fine next year. It ain't pretty and Arteta failed hard in the EL, but we can take this momentum forward.
"I didn't agree with his knockout stage methods and I still need to see him continue to improve, but I trust that he is actively learning. In addition to bad stats this year, Arteta is lowkey beginning to collect some decent results against top teams.
"West Ham and Everton will fall off. Spurs are finished without Kane. Leicester choked hard but we put up five in a row just now. We will get our shot at the top four. I believe in us."
Warrick123x: "Honestly, Arteta got the team tactics wrong all first half of the season. Turned it around with the introduction of ESR in the new year and finally giving Pepe his due over a failing Willian. He bottled it again with the False 9 in the UEL semis.
"Such an up and down year and not quite sure where I stand. Although I guess it really doesn’t matter. Arteta is here to stay, so we might as well rally behind him and the positives we’ve shown in the last 10+ league games."
Le Grove: "So in our worst ever season we finished 8 points off 3rd and 6 points off 4th.
"Post-Christmas form. 3rd most goals, 2nd best defence, 2nd most points. That's Champions League form. Good summer, strong start, and better decisions we'll be rolling next season."
REDaction Gooners: "The League table doesn’t lie. We are where we deserve to be. Rest up, we go again in August, with the return of fans in the Stadium. Now let us never speak of this season again."
