Woodstock24, agree with you, mate. Poaching young talent from Barca or Real is not a bad strategy at all. They might not make the squad there but they'll have a chance to become stars in London. Cheap young talent is exactly what we should prioritize in the current squad rebuild

All teams over Europe will be looking to loan players as they have huge wage bills. 

The big super clubs have over 40 players on there books and need to reduce that figure. 

Nice to see we’re shopping at real and Barca they have some fantastic young talent that will really see first team football.

These players would normally command £35 million transfer fees but if we can get them on loan they normally fall out of the managers plans and we can get them a lot cheaper.

Nice to see we are trying to loan young eager talent all part of the long term plan. Arteta plays a huge part in convincing these players to come to our great club.

stvie lim, I think we have Tolaji Bola at left-back for the academy but I genuinely don't know how good he is

If there good enough they will get there chance. However some players cannot make or handle that step up to the first team. 

Some players develop late some don’t develop at all. It’s a very small percentage off academy players that go on to play at a top level club. 

He’s a good young left back but not ready for the first team. He’s not ready to play against seasoned pros. 

Sometimes the young lads don’t mature till there 23 onwards. There are some exceptions Saka ESR Fabregas to name a few.  Defenders though tend to mature later as they need to have a more physical presence about them.
