Bacary Sagna believes that Arsenal have what it takes to lift the Premier League title in the next few seasons under Mikel Arteta's guidance.
"I think so," he told Goal. "Leicester did it and no-one expected them to, but they had a great team spirit and were fighting every single game.
"Arsenal can do it too, because if you face Arsenal it is always difficult because of the way they move and play."
Earlier, the Frenchman praised the manager, highlighting unity at the team and defensive improvements as key factors behind Arsenal's rise under the 38-year-old.
While it's certainly a bit to early to say that the Gunners are ready to fight with the likes of Liverpool and Man City for the title, we've seen many positive changes under Mikel Arteta and the future looks bright for the club.
However, it would greatly depend on the results of this season. In case Arsenal manage to return to the Champions League this season, we will have a bigger chance of keeping our key players and luring new footballers to the Emirates.
